Renewals
1. This agreement made between Nationwide Business Directory of Australia (here after referred to as NBDA) and “The Client” shall be for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of and acceptance of said contract.
2. After the expiration of said twelve months, and at the discretion of NBDA, the contract will be deemed to be ongoing whereupon a customer representative will contact you for renewal; except whereas the client has stipulated in writing or by electronic email, thirty days before the expiry of the term, that they no longer wish to continue or require said advertisement to be promoted by NBDA and or it’s associated partners.
Cancellations
Cancellations of signed agreements entered into between NBDA and the customer cannot be cancelled by the customer. This will constitute a breach of contract.
Any cost incurred in the collection of said cancellations will be the responsibility of the parties breaching said contract.
Please notify either by email or facsimile should you not require us to contact you in regards to your renewal.
